New Patients

Your first visit to Arizona Foot & Ankle Surgery will establish a vital foundation for our relationship with you as the patient. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important medical background information, and give you time to consult with Dr. Thompson. He is committed to hearing all of your podiatric needs and concerns. He strives to exceed your expectations. All diagnostic testing will be completed at this visit, if needed. The doctor will then asses and discuss a personalized treatment plan for your condition.

You can save some time at check-in by completing the new patient forms and bringing them to your visit. We will also need your current insurance card, and state issued ID. We ask that all new patients arrive at least 10 minutes early even if you have completed all of the paperwork as the check in process takes a little more time than a returning visit.

The spectrum falls complex can be a bit confusing, Google maps will get you to the complex but it does not direct you through the complex. Please see the attached map for the most descriptive directions. We are directly off of Frye Rd (from Val Vista). If you are pulling into the complex off of Frye Rd. you will make an immediate right into the complex and we are on the right hand side. If you get lost please give us a call and we will do our best to direct you to our office.
